Action Movie

Participants get a chance to spend a few hours in Hollywood. They are assigned to produce scenes for their own action film from a manuscript.

This event can form the basis for a variety of events, depending on what part of the concept is emphasized. We have good experience using it as a platform for teambuilding, customer and employee events and for business development.

Some of the participants will be directors, photographers, actors, stunt men, etc., and they will receive basic instruction from professionals in the movie industry. While this group is instructed, others will be preparing locations and props, and dividing tasks and roles.

The groups then have three hours at various locations to film their scenes. Depending on the budget, the groups may be able to use various special effects, such as a helicopter, speedboat, explosions, or breakaway bottles.

After the shooting, the video will be edited in a professional studio, where it will be made into a continuous film with music and effects.

The event includes dinner, while the film is being edited. Afterwards, the film will “premiere” perhaps followed by an “Oscar ceremony.”

In most cases, the event includes an overnight stay. There are no geographical limits for the event, since all of the equipment is mobile.

The event works equally well for participants who need to limit their physical exertion. Movies offer roles to people of all types and body shapes. There are roles for pregnant women, sophisticated ladies and action men.

As a team-building exercise the event works well, since individual groups each contribute an individual sequence, which in the end is assembled as a whole. Confidence that the other groups will contribute to the whole is therefore essential in order to achieve a usable result.
