Radio Drama

A story is only as good as the narrator telling it. A radio drama is a story where each character is read by a specific person, and where all events are supported by sound effects. It gives an incredible dynamic and an entertaining story.

You will be assisted by the best actors and directors, who will help, entertain and challenge you.

Maybe you remember the radio dramas from the good old radio days? Or did you listen to the radio station P3 when they relaunched the concept, where everyone had a chance to pick up the phone and call to participate?

You will have the opportunity to get your own personal story written into a radio drama. The story can be about company values, events, employees or problems – perhaps with a humoristic or dramatic twist. It is also possible to use one of our specially developed stories, which are designed to bring all aspects of a radio drama in action and make sure that you will have a good laugh.

The day starts out with some common exercises together with a professional actor, where you loosen up and have a few laughs. Then you will be divided into teams. Each team will produce one scene for your radio drama. Later on, all scenes will be put together, so that you have a complete radio drama.

Before you begin practicing you have to decide what the different team members have to do. Who will be actors and who will make sound effects? When everything is in place, you go to the right workshop, where you will go through various exercises and techniques.

When you have finished the workshop, it is time to create your radio drama scene. In order to make it a bit easier, all teams get a story line so that it will make sense at the end of the day. However, it is up to each team to spice up the story with extra characters, crazy dialogues and extreme sound effects.

After a day full of practicing, there are two possibilities: you can either record the scene and let us edit everything and combine it with a voice over speaker; or you can make a live performance with all the characters and sound effects – combined with a live voice over speaker, who will link each scene together and perhaps even spice whole radio drama up with extra details, that you spontaneously have to react on.
