Cooking Class

We have made the kitchen mobile so that it is possible for you to arrange the popular cooking classes in different settings and exactly where you want it.

The purpose of the concept is to make it possible for you to put together every single element just as you want it. No matter what type of food in the world that you would like to explore, where you want the event to take place or whether it has to be integrated with the bigger picture of the day, we will find the best solution.

Depending on the group size and composition, we will create a menu that will challenge the participants. Depending on the purpose of the event the progress can also vary. If the purpose is to create solidarity within the whole group, the task could be to create a banquet for the evening. Everybody is in it together, and each group has to take on responsibility for the different areas and tasks.

If you wish to make it more competitive, you can choose to be divided into teams and battle against each other in order to pass the cooking test. By adding stress moments and unexpected situations into the cooking session, the participants will be challenged and learn a lot about themselves and not least the group.

The group dynamic together with the ability to cooperate may be taken into consideration in the judgment, and the selection of the best cooking team can be integrated as an event during the dinner.

The event can be combined with both wine- and beer tasting and deeper information about the culinary world. You can complete the culinary experience by giving the participants the possibility of brewing their own beer.
