Dodge Ball
Vice Versa has the pleasure of inviting you to your very own dodge ball match day – based on the official concept from DR1’s popular television program!
The rules are simple and the goal is clear: Which team will become your company’s dodge ball champion!
So get ready for a fun and entertaining day. You will either play on the official inflatable dodge ball court or the original court from television if you want the big studio setup.
Just like the original program there will be a host and referees that will take care of the whole tournament. The only thing you have to take care of yourselves is dividing the group into teams and make sure that they are ready to fight for victory and glory.
In order to create the perfect team spirit, it would be a good idea to set the teams before the day. Why not let the secretaries fight against the bosses or the warehouse workers against the yuppies.
And of course each team has to come up with a team name, some special characteristics and maybe a team cheer. If you would like to create some “hype” before the event, Vice Versa will gladly arrange a kick-off at your company together with some professionals – e.g. if you would like to create your personal “team uniform”. The more fun and distinctive characteristics each team adapts, the more distinctive the team will appear on the court.
Dodge ball can take place anywhere and the duration varies depending on how many teams you are.
When you arrive at the venue you will be welcomed by your dodge ball host who will check the team spirit of the different teams.
Then it is time for the referees to explain the rules, so that everyone is “fit for fight”.
No tournament without a proper warm up session! Our coaches will make you sweat while giving you some tips and ideas on how to become a good strategic player. The coaches are normally participants from DR1’s television show. It might be Outdoor Barbies or the Parkour Boys who most definitely can help your team to victory.
When everyone is ready, it is time to play. Our righteous referee trio will take care of you and the tournament, until the winner has been found.
We offer several types of tournaments depending on the number of participants. During the entire day your host will keep you updated, make funny comments and interview the teams after each match.
Throughout the whole event the DJ will make sure that the music keeps the energy at a high level. When the winners have been found, it is time to pop the champagne and hand out the gold medals.
If you would like to finish the day with a nice dinner, we will also take care of this. You can either choose to eat “on location”, at a restaurant or at another suitable place. We will provide transportation to the dinner location and setup a dance floor with a DJ if you wish to party after dinner.
